Yoga 4 Beginners - Introduces new and continuing students to the fundamental principles of pose alignment and breathing in the basic standing, seated, and reclining poses.

Hot Power Vinyasa
A lively, energetic, flow built around sun salutations in a hot room (~90 degrees). You are guaranteed to sweat and explore more endurance, strength, and flexibility. The heat is both a way to hone your concentration and to release toxins naturally.
Rise & Shine Vinyasa
Start your morning right with flowing posture sequences set to music. Balance effort with a sense of lightness and curiosity and float into your day.
Continuous movement linked with the breath creates a fluid, dance-like sequence that challenges the body and stills the mind. Get lost in the flow and come out feeling refreshed.
Weekend Warrior Vinyasa
A vigorous vinyasa flow that includes up-level variations like arm-balancing and inversions.
Gentle, slow-moving vinyasa for those who want to bring a deeper awareness to their body and breath through grounding techniques and some Tai Chi-inspired movements. All-levels welcome.
Intro to Ashtanga: The Primary Series - 8 Weeks
This is an 8 Week series going from June 23rd to August 25th (Aug 4th and 11th class cancelled).
Learn in a progressive manner the powerful Yoga Therapy that is traditional Ashtanga Yoga. An athletic style that is the basis of all flowing styles of American yoga, this set routine builds muscle strength, flexibility, and aerobic endurance while balancing all the body's structures in a way that allows you to feel yourself improving with each (encouraged) daily practice. Week one will focus primarily on Surya Namaskara A so you will feel comfortable practicing it daily; week two will add Surya Namaskara B and more of the standing asanas. Each week more will be added until you are able to take part in the Half Primary class with confidence!
Ashtanga Yoga: Half Primary Series (On Going Class: July 2nd and August 6th classes cancelled.)
This class is for experienced yogis and those who have taken the Intro course at least once; it will be taught the way Sri Pattabhi Jois taught, with the Surya Namaskar counted in Sanskrit and the Sanskrit asana names used. Any modifications that you have been taught for this series may be used until you are ready to progress and hands'-on assistance will be provided (you are always free to refuse an assist if you feel it necessary, please speak to the instructor before class about any physical issues as she may be able to help you modify). We will work consistently up to Navasana and be introducing more of the closing sequence.
This extremely slow and meditative practice takes you through a variety of standing and reclining postures aimed at strengthening the lower joints and spine, while inviting you to explore the differences between your right and your left. Hone your attention to the building blocks of asana practice: the tiniest muscles, the role of the breath, the power of relaxation between poses. The heat (~90 degrees) will ensure a good cardio workout, and can facilitate a powerful experience of mind-body connection.
Slow Go Yoga for 50+ (NO CLASS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23)
This class is for folks in their 50’s and above and will include gentle Hatha Yoga to gain mobility, flexibility and balance. Breath work, guided imagery, meditation and time to address the participants aging challenges and concerns will also be included in class time. With a youthful spirit, humor and careful guidance, your instructor will assist you in finding your own personal fountain of youth.

This class is for expectant moms, who want to take care of both themselves and baby. In a nurturing and light-hearted space, learn how to feel more comfortable, strong, relaxed and confident about labor and birth. You will practice poses and relaxation techniques, learning tools to help you prepare for your birth experience.
Restorative and Candlelight Mid-Week Restore
A gentle and slow-moving sequence of postures that allows you to deeply relax, renew and restore. Includes deep breathing techniques, meditation and the use of props.

Mini Yogis (Ages 3-7)
In this 45-minute class, we explore, imagine, sing, and play while learning yoga poses, breathing, and creative movement. During each fun adventure, children experience the endless benefits of yoga…focus, balance, relaxation, connection, and building strength.
Mini Yogis Art Break This 15 minute class is for those 5:30 Mini Yogis whose parent/guardian is taking the 5:30-6:30p Flow n' Go class.
Kids Yoga (Ages 6-12)
In an empowering, non-competitive environment kids will play with yoga poses, breathing, and activities. Yoga helps build strength, concentration, balance, and flexibility and creates the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness.
